As we move into the holiday season, we are reminded of the importance of giving thanks and appreciating what we have in our lives. We especially want to thank mental health professionals and healthcare workers who continue to work tirelessly to support our communities throughout the year.

For those who find this time of year particularly challenging, we send extra support and a reminder that Seleni is here to help you work through these challenging times. We encourage our community to look out for one another during this period of gathering and celebrating and to lend a hand for those who may need it most this time of year.
