With the holidays approaching, we want to give thanks to the mental health professionals and healthcare workers who continue to work tirelessly to support our communities amid the mental health crisis we face today.
Many of us find this time of year particularly challenging, and our clinicians have some tips to help you cope with whatever stressors the holidays throw at you. And remember that Seleni is here to help you work through these challenging times. We encourage our community to look out for one another during this period of gathering and celebrating and to lend a hand to those who need it most this time of year.
For those celebrating US Thanksgiving, we hope you have a lovely holiday surrounded by loved ones, whether near or far.

We hope you will consider supporting Seleni's Financial Assistance Program on Giving Tuesday, November 29. Many women cannot afford the emotional support they need, impacting not only them, but also the families that depend on them. We treat many of these women each month by providing care at no or low cost. We’re witnessing a spike in anxiety and depression among vulnerable populations. No one should be marginalized when it comes to mental health, and all individuals should be able to receive treatment with dignity.
