Our September Newsletter

As we herald a new season this month, you may be looking forward to colorful leaves and crisp nights. Or you, or your patients, may experience the very real feelings of autumn anxiety – an increase in worry, fear or other negative emotions that can come with the changing of seasons. If you or someone you know is suffering from seasonal affective disorder (SAD), feeling anxious about kids going back to school, or already anticipating holiday stress, you’re not alone. It's important to time to take care of yourself, get extra sleep and sunlight, exercise, take breaks and find support. Read on for expert tips.

As always, Seleni is here to help and we encourage you to please reach out to us if you or a loved one needs support.
